Should a  buyer  encounter a grading error or  innacurate description that inteferes
with the enjoyment of the music on an lp the buyer purchases, the buyer can choose to
return the record for refund/credit/replacement within 7 days of receipt of the record.

Records are subjected to an intense review of their qualities and often any disagreement on
grading is merely semantic, but there are occasions where errors in grading  can escape
previous review. In that case, the gaurantee applies and returns are accepted. It is also
possible to offer immediate discounts and credits to correct a price/grading issue. Many
collectors find keeping the record for less the best way to handle minor differences of opinion.

This notice of limited return policy  is in response to  discouraging occasions of
collectors  attempting to invoke a 100% right to return a record for refund.  There are
long standing lines of demarcation of ethical behaviour in record dealing, so no
returns will be accepted on the basis of unconditional right to return a record.

Any request to return a record must iunclude a detailed description of the reason you
are3 asking for credit. I.e, "it is warped", "my favorite song is scratched"...that's
a reasonable request, but no deal to you, the clown who bought a record on the
advice of some one, and "she doesn't like the music".

You just bought a record. Thanks.
